This website is run by ViralCut Media. You can reach us at hello.viralcut@gmail.com for any question about your data.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Links to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook only take you to those platforms; their own privacy policies apply there.
Contact form and email
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the type of enquiry and your message. We use this only to answer you and, if we decide to work together, to follow up on that. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to your request (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or taking steps towards an agreement at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The form does not store your message in a database on our web server. It is delivered by email to our inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). We keep the conversation only as long as we need it, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact unless we start working together.
Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) briefly keeps technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the service secure and working. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello.viralcut@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
